Oil, fresh mint puréed
lamb roast, rosemary mustard,
potatoes au jus.

    1. Give it a try, but from a 'good' restaurant or someone whose cooking you trust. Greek prepared lamb is delicious, but so is rack of lamb. However, if poorly prepared you will swear to never try it again, and miss out on a delightful food.
